Prior to removal, trees must be identified and marked by ACC/ECC. A $100 fee (per tree) will be assessed for failure to obtain a permit prior to removal and/or performing tree removal on a tree not marked by ACC/ECC. Permit granted for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
