Fee: $150.00 (completely refundable upon successful construction and final ACC/ECC inspection).
NOTE: There is an automatic $250.00 fine for failure to obtain an ACC/ECC Fence Variance prior to construction.
Processing: Fence variance requires ULLPOA Board approval. Allow 30 days for review process to complete.
