On August 25th at 5:02pm a gray Chevrolet Equinox, driven by a female with IL plates BF55601, was northbound on Mississippi and by the 400 block the vehicle reached 37mph. The vehicle stopped at the Birch stop sign and continued north on Mississippi. A search for the vehicle in the general area was conducted but was not found parked outside a residence. The vehicle had not left the property within 2 hours from when it entered. There is no POA registration for this vehicle and a BOLO has been issued. Radar was tested at 3:40pm.
