Jack Skrogstad -31 years with the Lee County Sheriff’s Department working in the jail, retiring May 2020.  Last 5 years was Jail Superintendent which oversaw and directed jail operations, including supervising personnel, inmates, security, safety, food and health/mental services, visitation procedures, etc. Supervised 12 full time corrections and various part time officers.  Jack was also involved in the development of the newly constructed Lee County Jail which opened for occupancy in November 2019.
In December 2006, Jack was first hired by Lost Nation/Newlanding (now United Lost Lake) and the RCD.  In 2018 he became a part time employee for United Lost Lake as a Security Officer.
David Glessner -25 years with the Lee County Sheriff's Department starting out in patrol, then into detectives and now currently serving as Chief Deputy.  As Chief Deputy he is the second in command under the Sheriff, he oversees the Sheriff's Department Budget, acts as the Human Resource Officer for the Department and oversees over all divisions within the department.
In December 2006, David was first hired by Lost Nation/Newlanding (now United Lost Lake) and the RCD.  In 2018 he became a part time employee for United Lost Lake as a Security Officer.
Chris Cox -25 years combined with Rochelle Police, Ogle County Sheriff and Currently with the Dixon Police Department.  Chris started with the Rochelle Police Department, then working with the Ogle County Sheriff, then transferred to the Dixon Police Department as a patrolman and is currently acting as the Dixon High School Resource Officer.  As a High School Resource Officer Chris not only provides security within the school but acts as a Police officer liaison with the school, children and their parents.  Chris was the middle school resource officer for many years when he was asked to take over the high school for the 2020-2021 school year.
In June 2015 Chris joined the security team to fill in some of the hours needed and along with Jack and David in 2018 was hired as a part time employee for Untied Lost Lake as a Security Officer.
